Weird Issue with Kontakt

Latest K4 version is K4.2.4. So you're trodding behind quite a bit there. Unfortunately, you cannot download K4 from NI anymore... Kontakt has a 15 minute time limit.

Understand that there's a reason NI licences libraries to be used with Kontakt Player. It is revenue for them. All KP licenced libraries will NOT time out. But, not all developers can afford themselves to licence. For those libraries it is clearly stated that you can load them in Kontakt Player, but in demo mode, and for regular usage a full version of Kontakt is recommended. Besides, IMHO, Kontakt is a staple of modern audio production. Anybody half-serious about their work should have a full version of it.

I was mistaken. Really sorry about that. I browsed to the wrong folder in Kontakt. It's also called something like Factory Content, but has only demo instruments... Which naturally loads in demo mode. But now I have found the proper folder, and no demo mode on those instruments. And no time limit. My only excuse is I installed this back in 2009 and hardly ever used it. My mistake.
