iZotope MUSIC PRODUCTION SUITE 4.1, anybody have it?

I see I can get the MUSIC PRODUCTION SUITE 4.1 for $199.00. Anybody have it? Is it worth it. It actually says "MUSIC PRODUCTION SUITE 4.1 for KOMPLETE", what does the "for KOMPLETE" mean?

I believe it's the industry standard so get it while the price is reasonable. I didn't realize Izotope now belongs to NI.
