You say you have checked the sunroof drains. Have you checked all four or only the front two? Just a thought.

I've checked all four and they're fine, lots of water flowing out. The sunroof did get stuck and I had to tease it with a tug to free it up recently, hmm could that have dislodged something or why did it get stuck? I'll have another look but I am stumped at the moment because its all in great condition. Ali

Does the roof leak when parked (say overnight), or only when the the car is moving?

Hi, Even if it is raining heavily and you did not have the cloth surround for the sun roof you still would not get enough water/rain through to overwhelm the drianage system... I am thinking that this leak is NOT the sunroof... Particularly given you say that the drians are clear and everything looks in good condition.. Maybe you have a screen leak?? Des. . . ;)

The reason I asked that is because I had a problem whereby rain was getting in through the roof on the motorway. Turned out that the screws holding the leading edge of the roof panel were missing on one side. When parked, you wouldn't have noticed it was loose, but air pressure when driving would lift the corner of the panel allowing rain to get in.
